Can I return a product?

Absolutely yes. If you are not completely happy with your product you can return it to us. The return must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product. We will issue a refund as soon as we receive the item back into stock.
Do you offer a warranty period?

We do, yes, and it depends on what you have purchased. For custom builds we would normally discuss this as part of the build contract and come to an agreement. For our retail products we guarantee that no faults will develop within 1 year of purchase. Were a fault to develop we would be happy to refund or replace.
